Light brings hope, it brings knowledge, and it brings the opportunity for us to grow closer to Christ and each other.  Illumination is a way for us to celebrate all the ways we have grown as a community of faith, hope, and love. Illumination is the main fundraiser for both Immaculate Heart of Mary parish and school. The success of this campaign “illuminates” our path forward in the community. The funds raised allow us to: maintain and improve our facilities, support the salaries of our entire staff including teachers, continue our faith programming and youth activities, and support community outreach efforts, such as Boulevard Place Food Pantry. In addition, Illumination also funds specific projects. This year our fund-a-need goal is TBD.

Celebrating our light is important for our community and our future. Your support is critical to sustaining the vibrant IHM community that so many have worked hard to foster over the years!

BUY TICKETS, DONATE TO FUND-A-NEED PROJECT, BID ON AUCTION

Join us by purchasing a ticket(s) and/or donate to the fund-a- need project. This year our goal is to upgrade and add exterior lighting around the church and school. Visit https://ihm.givesmart.com to purchase tickets and make a donation. Tickets and donations can also be made via check and delivered to the Parish Office.

Illumination seating requests will be collected via the ticket purchase link above. When purchasing multiple tickets, you will be prompted to list all attendees during check out. If you have a seating request, please include the last names of those with whom you would like to be seated with at your table in the “Company or Group Name” field while registering.

If you are a family or corporate sponsor, the hospitality committee will reach out to you to coordinate your seating arrangements. If you do not have a seating request, do not fret.  Feel free to list your child’s school grade and/or mention that you are a parishioner and the hospitality committee will assign you to a table where you can meet new people who share your love of IHM. This event is a wonderful opportunity to make friends in the IHM community.

Tables can accommodate 8 or 10 guests and all specific seating requests need to be made to the hospitality committee by 10/13/23.

If you have any requests regarding seating, please contact Laura Heape at [email protected].

Help us light the way and donate today by visiting  https://ihm.givesmart.com or sending a check to the Parish Office.
