IHM will join parishes around the country in implementing the seven-part series Jesus and the Eucharist Study. This has been created specifically for the Parish Year of the National Eucharistic Revival.

Throughout the study, from March 1-June 1, participants will better understand the kerygmatic proclamation and God’s saving work in the Eucharist.  What does a typical Jesus and the Eucharist session look like?  Each session lasts about two hours, and includes:
~An encouraging message from a US bishop
~Lectio Divina (praying with scripture)
~Lesson with personal testimony
~Small group discussions

As part of our community’s journey to a renewed and deepened faith in the real presence of God in the Eucharist, we are aiming for all our parishioners to participate in the small group study “Jesus & the Eucharist”. You have several options to join in:

  1. Form your own small group with 5-8 participants.  Set your own schedule for 7 meetings between March 1 and June 1.  Meet at a place convenient for you.  IHM will provide materials and training.  Only the facilitator needs to fill out the form and they must be available for training on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 10am-noon.
  2. Ask to be assigned to a group according to your preferences.
  3. Sign up to be assigned to a table group that meets as part of the large group in the Gathering Space on:
    -Tuesdays at 7pm – March 5 & 12 and April 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30
    OR
    -Wednesdays at 10am – March 6 & 13, April 3, 10, 17 & 24, and May 1
