The Facilities Commission provides an oversight function and recommends policy guidelines for the use, maintenance, and expansion of all Parish facilities. In this role, the Commission reviews proposals for capital expansion prior to submission to the Council, makes recommendations and monitors the eventual work associated with a capital improvement. Programs for periodic and routine maintenance of buildings and the grounds are monitored to assure thoroughness and a timely execution.
