The Business Office is responsible for the administration of Immaculate Heart of Mary accounting and financial activities, which include: financial budget, monthly reports, tuition, capital campaign, and annual reports to the Archdiocese. This office is also responsible for human resources, and assisting committee, commission, and ministry heads.
If a School Family would like to apply for tuition assistance for the 2010/11 school year, you may pick up a form at the Parish Office or on the Tuition page, click here. You may also request a form by calling Deb Condon @ 257-2266. The deadline for all requests must arrive at PSAS (Private School Aid Service) no later then June 1.
The Business Office is also responsible for facility rental. If you would like to rent any part of the IHM facilities, including the Gathering Space or the gym, contact Deb Condon at 257-2266. Please note that the Gathering Space may only be rented by parishioners, and may not used during Saturday mass. All renters of the facility must also provide proof of insurance as outlined in the policies that the business office will provide.

The mission of the Finance Commission is pastoral in nature. The Finance Commission is convened to engage in prayerful and informed discernment of financial policies and activities as they affect the pastoral life of Immaculate Heart of Mary.
