Patty, a native of Indianapolis, graduated from Immaculate Heart of Mary, Bishop Chatard High School, and Marian College. She has nineteen years of teaching experience. Patty, a 2005 St. Theodora Guerin Award recipient, is completing her sixth year at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. She enjoys reading, biking, and playing with her nieces and nephews.

Lisa, a native of Indianapolis, graduated from IUPUI. She has taught the early childhood level for twelve years, including eight years Immaculate Heart of Mary. She has been trained in Orton Gillingham instructional strategies. She enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters.

Katie, a native of Indianapolis, is a graduate of Purdue University. She has fifteen years of teaching experience. We welcome Katie as she begins her first year at Immaculate Heart of Mary. Katie enjoys playing tennis, reading, and cooking.

Donna, a native of Indianapolis, graduated from Marian College and Indiana University. She has taught for nineteen years, including seventeen years at Immaculate Heart of Mary. In In 2002, Donna was awarded the St. Theodora Guerin Award. She enjoys her children, grandchildren, reading, and cooking.

Christine, a native of New Castle, graduated from PITT and Anderson University. Mrs. DiGiovanni is enjoying her first year at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. She enjoys biking, hiking, and reading.

Mrs. Colleen Cook, Grade 1 Student Assistant
Colleen, a native of Indianapolis, graduated from Indiana University with a degree in education. She served as an aide for thirteen years at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. Colleen has been trained in Linda Moode Bell educational strategies. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to her cottage at Palisades Park, reading, and exercising.

Kris, a native of Anderson, Indiana, graduated from Marian College. She has taught for nineteen years, including fifteen years at Immaculate Heart of Mary. Mrs. Thoben has been trained in Orton Gillingham educational strategies. She enjoys knitting, reading, and sports.

Jenny, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, graduated from Franklin College. Jenny taught second grade at St. Mary's School in Ft. Wayne last year. She is enjoying her first year at Immaculate Heart of Mary. Jenny's interests include tennis, running, books, and ice cream!

Patsy, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, attended Atlanta School of Fashion and Design and graduated from the University of Georgia. She has been an aide for five years at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. In her previous employment, she received the Professional of the Year- Blue Cross Blue Shield. Patsy enjoys traveling and reading.

Ms. Susan Silvey, Grade 3 Student Assistant
Susan is from Munster, Indiana and is a graduate of Ball State University. She has taught for eighteen years, including eight years as an aide at Immaculate Heart of Mary. She enjoys reading, being a mom, family time, and planning her daughter's wedding (Tracey) who is an IHM graduate.

Blythea native of Orlando, Florida, graduated from Butler University and Indiana University. She has taught for eighteen years, including the last five years at Immaculate Heart of Mary fSchool. Blythe has been trained in Orton Gillingham educational straties and 6+1 Writing Traits Program. She was nominated by School #84 for Teacher of the Year. She enjoys sports, crafts, and music.

Kristy, a native of Griffith, Indiana, graduated from Indiana University. She has been an aide for three years at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. Kristy likes the Food Network, especially Rachael Ray, cooking, the Indianapolis Colts, the Chicago White Sox and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rory.

She enjoys biking, shopping, nature, sports, reading, and being with family and friends.

Tammy, a graduate of IUPUI, has taught for four years. She is enjoying her first year at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. Tammy has completed training in Literacy Collaborative, 6+1 Traits Writing Program, and Everyday Math. At her previous school in Richmond, Indiana, she received the No Excuses Award and Rising Star Award! Tammy enjoys New York City, Broadway Musicals, scrapbooking, and movies.

Jeanne has completed training in the Mentoring Program and 6+1 Writing Traits Program. She enjoys the mission trips to Honduras, her family, reading, and traveling.
