The school tuition schedule is determined each spring for the following school year, and varies according to Parishioner status, and number of children in the family. Parents may pay tuition in full or in ten monthly payments.
All tuition assitance is handled through PSAS (Private School Aid service). They provide an objective and uniform needs assessment process. There is a $21 application fee for applications filed before May 31. Any applications processed after the deadline will carry an additional $30 fee.

Immaculate Heart of Mary School Tuition Policy, Adopted May 23, 2006
Enrollment
Students may enroll in Immaculate Heart of Mary school for a given year, only if the family has completed the following:
- School family has filed a Stewardship Card, indicating the family’s time, talent, and treasure.
- Family has complied with the IHM financial obligations at the end of the preceding year.
- All tuition from the preceding year has been paid.
- A non-refundable registration fee shall be assessed from each family at a designated time of the year. If the registration fee is not paid in full, the student will not be enrolled for the following school year.
Payment
IHM offers three payment options:
- Tuition is paid in full by July 1st for the upcoming school year.
- Tuition is paid bi-annually with the first payment due July 1st and the second payment due January 1st of the upcoming school year.
- Tuition is paid in monthly installments to Tuition Management Service (TMS) over a ten month period, beginning July 1st of the upcoming school year and concluding with the final payment in April.
Delinquency
IHM follows these procedures for delinquent accounts:
- If a student’s payment plan is not in place by July 1st (annual, Biannual, monthly), then the student will not be allowed to attend the upcoming school year at IHM.
- Tuition assistance for parishioners is available through the Parish Office by contacting the Business Manager.
- Report cards and school records (example: eighth grade) will be held for delinquent accounts.
- Parents may seek to establish a tuition payment plan arrangement by contacting the Pastor, Business Manager, or Principal. The Pastor has the final approval in the special financial arrangement.
- After three months of non-payment with TMS, parents must seek the loan opportunity with TMS.
- If no arrangement is made to settle the outstanding balance, the student(s) will risk withdrawal from IHM by the current quarter.
