Mrs. Elson has dedicated the past thirty plus years to Catholic education.  Prior to joining Immaculate Heart of Mary School, Mrs. Elson oversaw Teacher Advancement Program for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.  Mrs. Elson is a native of Indianapolis.  She and her husband, Bob, are the proud parents of daughters, Emily and Mary Claire.  Mrs. Elson is overjoyed to be part of our beautiful community.

 Mrs. Swartz is a also a native of Indianapolis.  She taught in the Decater Township School Corporation before coming to IHM.  In her free time she enjoys reading, sports, and spending time with her family.  She and her husband are members of Holy Name parish on the southside.

Barb, a native of Indianapolis, has worked in Catholic schools for fourteen years, including eight years at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. She enjoys reading, knitting, crocheting, and camping.

Richard, a native of Framingham, Massachusetts, is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He has been working for two years at Immaculate Heart of Mary. He enjoys his family, cycling, and soccer.
